Michael, your valuable point is surely noted. Of course, whether the blog can successfully connect all of us really depends on each one's contribution. As for you, having you made a blog is already one of the achievements.... at least we know you are there & staying connected to technology & to the HRM cohort..... hooray!!

BBQ organisers : please take note of Michael's favourite food please, and if you are lucky, he can help you ferry 10 cartons of hot-dogs & crabsticks. If he allows, we can also BBQ some of his exotic pets. :-P
